Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

If you receive items that have been damaged in transit or mis-shipped please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please provide images of the damage or incorrect item as well as any damage to the packaging.

Whereby we are at fault you will be offered a credit or a replacement for the damaged item. In the case of mis-ships we will give you the option of a credit or supply of correct item.

Refunds

If you have paid for your order upfront and do not wish to receive a replacement for any damaged or mis-shipped items we will process your refund via bank transfer.

If you have ordered on account and do not wish to receive a replacement item then we will simply delete the item from your invoice and send you the updated version.
